Steelers Pat Freiermuth Gets 4-Year, $48.4 Million Deal
The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed tight end Pat Freiermuth to a four-year, $48.4 million contract extension. The deal will keep Freiermuth in Pittsburgh through the 2028 season.Freiermuth was drafted by the Steelers in the second round of the 2021 draft out of Penn State. Since joining the team, he has recorded 155 receptions for 1,537 yards, and 11 touchdowns across 44 games.
